School Based Dentistry
Your Child's Healthy Smile Is Our Priority, We Are Coming To KIPP!
The American Academy of Pediatrics and The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommend that all children see a dentist by age 1. Early and consistent visits to the dentist helps families to prevent cavities, develop good oral habits, and reduce overall fear of the dentist for the child. With parental/guardian consent we are able to provide limited dental services in school and direct families to a dental home to have all of their oral health needs met.
Dr. Webb understands that it can be challenging to fit a dental visit into a busy day. KIPP and Brilliant Smiles Pediatric Dentistry are teaming up to bring the dentist to your child during school hours at NO COST! Families MUST complete registration form prior to the appointment in order for their child to receive the dental service.
A pediatric dentist will perform an oral exam, dental cleaning, fluoride treatment and sealants on your child in the familiar environment of their school. Following the in-school dental appointment, your child will bring home a dental report card about their visit and resources if they have additional needs.
We provide Preventive Services to select schools in Newark, Clifton, Jersey City, Roselle and a few in Irvington...and growing!
